DEBUT Debut Dance Program
Designed to provide a strong foundation in dance and movement for 3-7 year olds. Our experienced staff of instructors uses educational activities and a theme-based curriculum to inspire young dancers, while incorporating a strong foundation and a desire to learn.
  • Preschool Debut - A one-hour long class for our youngest 3-4 year old students. Ballet and tap fundamentals include positions, carriage, rhythm, musicality, coordination, opposites, directions, creative expressions, and showmanship. Tumbling and balance beam foster flexibility, fine, and gross motor skills.
  • Debut Dance I - Builds on the fundamentals learned in Preschool dance and adds new steps. Debut Dance I students are 4-6 year old students with 1-2 years experience. Jazz is added to our curriculum, and students can choose a one-hour long class that includes two dance techniques. We recommend that dancers attend two one-hour classes per week.
  • Debut Dance II - Reinforces skills learned in previous classes and adds new styles and steps. Debut Dance II students are 5-7 year old students with 2-4 years experience. Musical Theatre is added to our curriculum, and a ballet barre is introduced. Dancers are encouraged to attend two to three one-hour classes per week.
