REFUND POLICY
- Dance.tech faculty members reserve the right to place students in technically and developmentally appropriate classes. The Director will gladly discuss class placement with parents upon request.
DRESS CODE
- Our studio dress code exudes professionalism and respect inside the classroom. All dancers must meet class requirements before being admitted into class.
- Pre-School-Debut Dance Classes: light pink leotard (any style), ballet pink tights, pink leather ballet shoes, caramel tap shoes.
- Pre-professional Technique Classes: black or jewel-toned leotard, ballet pink or light suntan convertible tights. Specific shoe color and style determined by classroom teacher.
- Hair must be secured away from the face at all times. A classical bun is required for all ballet and pointe classes.
ENROLLMENT
- The non-refundable annual registration fee for all students is $25/student or $40/family. Registration Fee and first months tuition payment is due on date of enrollment.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
- If you miss your scheduled class for any reason, you are more than welcome to attend another class, subject to space availability. Please call the Dance.tech office for make-up class options and scheduling.
- Please fill out a yellow Class Absence Card to notify our teachers of a planned absence in advance.
SCHEDULE
- Class schedules are subject to change and we reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any group class that does not meet a class minimum requirement of six students.
- If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, a message is placed on local news stations, studio voicemail, and website no later than 12:00. Make-up classes are offered and never expire.
REFUND POLICY
- All payments made to Dance.tech Performing Arts Studio for tuition, costumes, and competition entry fees are non-refundable. Any over-payments will be credited to your studio account.
- If you are not completely satisfied with the class in which your student is enrolled, please notify out office as soon as possible. Our goal is to find the most appropriate class for your student's age and skill level.
- If you choose to cancel your enrollment we require 14-days written notice prior to the next tuition payment.
