Registration
New dancers will be billed a non-refundable Membership Fee upon registration for classes in the 2023-34 season. One student = $35, Family = $60
Returning dancers will be grandfathered in under the 2022-23 Membership Fee prices.
Membership
Dance.tech operates on a continuous enrollment membership system. The non-refundable rollover membership fee for the 2024-25 season will be billed on May 15, 2024. Dancers have until May 1, 2024, to opt out if they wish to not be included. The annual membership fee amount can be viewed above.
10+ years of enrollment = FREE Membership!
Tuition Fees & Payments
45-minute class = $50/month
60-minute class = $65/month
Tuition is based on a 10-month studio calendar, with pricing based on family account enrollment. Rates are effective August 14, 2023- May 31, 2024. All tuition payments remain the same regardless of the number of classes per month, with the exception of August, depending on the school year start date.
Two tuition payment options are available:
1. Studio Auto-Pay: Payment is debited from your credit card or bank account on the 1st or 15th of each month.
2. Year-in-full: Receive a 5% discount if annual tuition for ten months is received in the studio office no later than September 30, 2023. Pricing is based on family account enrollment.
Discounts
Families receive a $10/month discount on each additional class enrollment (2+). Tuition rates are calculated based on family enrollment, so siblings automatically receive a discount!
Dancers are encouraged to take advantage of our multi-class discount for maximum progress and value. PowerPAC members receive additional tuition discounts. Please refer to the 23-24 PAC Handbook for details.
Class Withdrawal
If you choose to cancel your enrollment we require 14 days written notice prior to the next tuition payment. We are unable to offer a refund to families that fail to notify the studio prior to the 14 day deadline.
Refunds & Account Credit
All payments made to Dance.tech for tuition, camps, costumes, and competition entry fees are non-refundable. Any over-payments will be credited to your studio account.
Lost and Found & Security
A lost and found basket is located in each dressing room. Please check regularly, as items are periodically donated. Motion-activated cameras are located in public areas for safety and security.
Parent Observation
Classes can be viewed on our CCTVs in the lobby at all times.
We welcome friends and family into the classroom for the entire lesson every 6-8 weeks. We ask that you observe quietly, that cell phones be turned off, and that siblings are monitored and quiet during observations.
Inclement Weather & Class Make-ups
Dance.tech strives to remain open during inclement weather whenever possible. As long as our driveway is safe, we will be open! In the event of a closure, an email will be sent and post made on social media no later than 1:00 pm.
Whether due to studio schedule or student conflict, dancers may make up missed lessons by attending any age-appropriate class. Makeup lessons are valid through May 24, 2024.
Photo & Liability Waiver
Registering your dancer for the 2023-2024 dance season, whether in-person or through the online Jackrabbit Portal, informs us that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these policies.
You release Dance.tech and its employees from all claims of any injury that may be sustained by your child. In the event of illness or injury, you give consent for medical treatment and permission to hospitalize if necessary.
Dance.tech produces a variety of published materials for advertising and online purposes. This consent agreement covers any use of the images by Dance.tech for a five-year period starting from the date of registration.
